Join Cedar Mountain Battlefield Foundation for the inaugural opening of the Cedar Mountain Battlefield Information Center. Enjoy the redesigned space in preparation for the opening of the Culpeper Battlefields State Park.

The following events will be available throughout the day:

• The Visitor Center will be open with exhibits and displays about the 1862 battle in Culpeper County

• Children’s activities inside the Visitor’s Center

• 30 to 45-minute tours hosted by a CMB guide

• Bill Crone, a local woodworker, will be demonstrating his craft of creating items out of wood collected from the battlefield

• A Civil War Sutler, Wayne Hutzell, will be on site
